Initial order arrived as promised, product happened to have a slight damage. Called the merchant, very pleasant to deal, they sent a pickup order, but replacement product has not arrived, it is now 1 week later.

i liked the 2nd day air. although i was hoping it would be two days ... it ended up not getting there 'till almost the same amount of time as ups ground (that the other online merchant would have taken) so it ended up sounding a lot better than it was but there was no way to check which day it would get there, until the order was placed. Either way it cost the same, came in good condition, and is an excellent product!!

Your web site was difficult to navigate. The descriptions of the merchandise inadequate. When I called to ask what to do about the light bulb being the incorrect one for our lamp, I talked with a man who didn't seem familiar with the product. He did have Mark call me. Mark seemed to know the product. I mailed back the incorrect bulb, but have yet to receive the correct one.
