The shopping service was great, but my vacuum was damaged when I recieved it. I called Dyson and had to ship it back to them for a replacement part. Was a pain b/c I had to take it to a UPS store. AND I wanted to use it right away. Still waitting on Dyson to send it back to me w/ the new part attached. Thank you.

The customer service was excellent. I called to discuss the conditions behind buying a reconditioned model and the sales person was knowledgable and answered all of my questions. I received the product in a very short amount of time.

My shopping experience at Best Vacuum as I said in the survey was excellent. I even got a call from the company top person to give me shipping details, now that is what I call a customer oriented firm! Whenever I need an appliance again this is the place I will go back to.
