The experience with Best Vacuum was wonderful, I would definitely recommend to others. Hwever, UPS lost the original shipment, so I did not receive the vacuum until about a week and a half later. It was supposed to get here in 3 days. It has been my experience that this happens often with UPS. I would suggest a different carrier.

I was more than happy with my experience dealing with Best vacuum. The item arrived sooner than expected and in fine condition, more than I can say for some prior experiences.I would highly recommend this company to anyone shopping for an appliance they sell. Great prices and service!

Easy to find the model I was seeking and glad to find that the model was in stock and available to ship with free two-day express shipping! It was great to receive emails from Best Vacuum that confirmed my order had been received and that it had been shipped. It was easy to track the progress of my order and was pleased to find that it arrived on-time and in great condition.

This merchant has been excellent from the get go. I purchase a vacuum from them four years ago at an excellent price with excellent service. They send me reminders as to when certain filters need to be changed along with coupons for the purchase. Their site is a little difficult to use in terms of finding specific vacuum parts. But THAT is my only complaint. I think they have the best service and represent one of the best values on the internet for vacuums.
