Although there has been a shipping mishap, the original order has been handled professionally, as well as the claim processing. The only issue was original shipping time: we tracked the order and in fact it arrived at a local consolidation point (Tempe, AZ) already on a Friday early a.m. but was not out for delivery to us until the following Monday (even though the carrier had already another delivery to make to us on that Friday). Not really a Best Vacuum problem but not efficient from the carrier.

I was pleased overall with my shopping experience at Best Vacuum. I was a little dismayed, however, to find that while their prices were pretty good, they were not the lowest available for the same product. I'll do a better job of checking prices next time.

No rebate for this product. I found the merchant very, very good. They delivered on time and the vacuum cleaner (reconditioned) is excellent and packaged as a totally new item ----can't tell the difference from a new one. Would definitely recommend this seller to anyone.
