Shopping experience was fine. I had no problem placing the order. I received the order quickly. I can not check out the product (happy-lite floor lamp) because it is a Christmas present.

I did receive an order confirmation, but then heard nothing more.
Only when I inquired about my missing lamp, just over a week later was I told that the product had already been delivered!
I am still communicatig with Best Vacuum, they have told me that they will send a replacement. I have asked for the shipping tracking ID, but so far have had no reply.
I do hope I receive this lamp.

Ordered vacuum cleaner at the best price around, and with free shipping. Only complaint I had, and it is very minor, was supposed to receive three-day shipping, but it took 7 days, most likely because it was shipped the Monday prior to Thanksgiving. Not a big deal, and overall have been very pleased so far with the vacuum and our experience buying it.

I purchased a Dyson Animal vacuum through Best Vacuum. I found out about them through Dyson's web site, then researched them on Epinions and found they had an outstanding rating. I found the online ordering process to be easy and quick. The only thing I don't like is that there is no online order tracking through their web site, so you don't really know the status of your order until you receive a notice that the order has shipped. Other than that minor quibble, highly recommended.

I had no problem with purchasing this product. I had a minor problem with a cracked housing by the beater bar but could not be sure if I had caused it or if it came that way. I fixed it with some contact cement and did not bother with the dealer.
