I found Best Vacuum to be very effecient. They told me I would receive my purchase in 2 days and I did. The mdse was in good condition.

Great Product! I don't know how I lived without it. The website was very easy to use and when I did call Best Vacuum they were friendly, informed and professional, also the price was better than I could have gotten anywhere else. Would definitely order from them again!!

I found the products I needed, the product selection was good, however, I did have to search the site extensively to find the right products. The shipping was prompt and I received the items I ordered sooner than I had expected. The package arrived in excellent condition.

The vacuum I wanted was easy to find and order. It was after hours when I ordered so it was shipped the next day. It arrived on time a week later (taking into account the July 4th weekend as well as the 2000 mile journey). UPS was not kind to the box, but the vacuum itself was fine and it works great. i liked the 2nd day air. although i was hoping it would be two days ... it ended up not getting there 'till almost the same amount of time as ups ground (that the other online merchant would have taken) so it ended up sounding a lot better than it was but there was no way to check which day it would get there, until the order was placed. Either way it cost the same, came in good condition, and is an excellent product!!
