I initially purchase 2 camera's on one order and the shipping cost was approximately $ 15.00. They called and stated that they could not combine the shipping cost and the total cost would be an additional $ 16.00. At this point I cancelled the order. I then ordered one camera due to the fact that is was for a friend. Now the shipping was less but the price of the camera was higher. After cooling off I ordered my camera a Fuji S5100. After 2 days I called to inquire about the second order. They informed me they could not fill the order because they were out of stock but the web site stated they were ! They should have called and informed me they were out of stock !

There was some problem with the billing address vs the shipping address - evidently their program doesn't handle it correctly. So that required a Customer Service call to me, which extended the time before it was shipped. Also their hours weren't clear... their phone number gives hours, but not time zone. When I called back under the assumption that it was East Coast, I still got a "We're not open yet" message. It seemed to me that the shipping address "problem" was just so the sales person could try to add something to the order. When I received the order, there was no information about how to handle a merchandise return.

Very happy with product, price and shipping time. Was not happy with packaging of product. I ordered a digital camera and the box the camera is packaged was shiped in a larger box, this larger box only had packaging foam on two sides. The rest of the digital camera box laid flat against the side of the shipping box. Although I recieved my camera in perfect working condition, I felt unnessary damage could have easily occured during shipping.

I don't like to call a merchant, but this merchant required a call to complete the order. The call was simply an oppurtunity for the merchant to attempt to sell additional merchandise, disguised as a need to check the "ship to" address. I don't like this type of game, but I tolerated it due to their low price.

I completed the on-line order form and expected my order to be processed at that point. The next evening I heard a message at home from their office. They couldn't help me that night so I had to wait until the second day after my order to find out what the problem was.
The delay in shipping our order was the sales rep wanted to sell me the accessory pack, battery and extended warranty. Once I answered his questions he did ship the product. I was very disappointed that the internet site requires verbal contact, for upsell purposes only, to finish a transaction.

I received the camera faster than I expected, and I am very happy with the quality of the pictures I get with the camera. I was concerned after I placed the order, because I had read some negative comments from some other customers, but my experience was quite positive, and I saved a ton of money.
