Pros: works well in small areas, not messy Cons: I got a horrible scent, not for larger areas.
So, in my addiction to home fragrances, I picked up a Glade Wisp for about $6 with Clean Linen scented oil. The scented oil is supposed to last 60 days. I wanted something a little more continual than just the Glade Glass Scents, but nothing like a ...
Pros: battery operated so needs no outlet; portable; adjustable fragrance control Cons: pricy (get it on sale), only three scents available
One thing I love about our local Costco, are the sample tables set up throughout the entire warehouse. Usually, they give away food, but in this particular case, they gave away a sniff of this new product. Its Glades Wisp Home ...
Pros: It is easily hidden, no worry about plugging it in. Reliable. Cons: Only three fragrances available. No way to smell the fragrance before buying.
There are so many air fresheners in the store and advertised on TV that you can just about have your pick. I was looking for two and couldnt seem to find either in the stores, there were sold out or didnt sale them I told my husband what ...
Pros:Consistent fragrance for up to 60 days; five strength settings; includes battery; unintrusive; easy-to-use Cons: Comes in just three scents so far
I'm a sucker for home fragrance products. (OK...car fragrance products too. But that's a different review!) Over the ten years or so that I've been living on my own away from my parents, I have enjoyed using scented candles, carpet freshening powders, ...
Pros: No outlet required, battery included, pleasant scents, adjustable setting, small size Cons: Limited fragrance selection, slightly on the expensive side, runs out quickly on high setting
Amusingly enough, I am not the one who comes home with all the new, funny-smelling, funny-looking home products - my husband is. Im sure many women wouldnt mind this, but its getting to be a bit excessive. If I send him out for bread, he ...
Pros: A new gimmick for those wanting to make their rooms smell better. Cons: Price, scents, concept, sprays work much better.
With a kid wearing AXE deodorant, a mother who loves the smell of baby powder and a father that uses incense sticks like they're going out of style, you'd think our apartment stinks. Well it does. Within the past three or so years I have tried to block ...
Pros: cool puff of smoke, 5 settings, looks stylish Cons: VERY weak smell
Decided to get a air freshener for the bathroom and perhaps something for the car. I had three basic requirements: --I wanted something automatic, that'd keep the area smelling nice without user intervention. --I didn't want a plug-in type ...
Pros: No outlet required; More pleasant scent; Easy assembly. Cons: Only useful for small rooms; Expensive refills; Chirps each time it wisps.
This was an impulse buy for me because I found the refills on sale really cheap at a grocery store that was closing down. I bought the Glade Wisp and the Air Wick Mobil' Air units. I've had the units for about 2 weeks and I'm still on the first scents ...
Pros: Portable, no extra supplies necessary, 5 fragrance settings Cons: Does Not Work, expensive, very little difference between the settings, cannot see the "wisp"
I decided to buy the Wisp for two reasons. 1) The commercial for it is very persuasive, albeit deceitful, but I'll get to that later, and 2) My room tends to get super-stuffy easily because it is huge but only has one window. So I made the trip to the ...
Pros: Little, portable, great control of fragrance strength. Cons: A little high in price. Only 3 fragrances.
Living in an apartment, you can get lots of smells in your place from your surrounding neighbors. I have just this problem with the cigarette smoke that travels up from the one below me. My problem is that it is in only one corner where there's a vent, ...
Pros: small, no plugs or wires Cons: pricey for an item with no fragrance
On my quest to find an air freshener that delivers maximum satisfaction with minimal effort I purchased a Glade Wisp...I was very excited about this idea. I had been disappointed in the past with the 'plug in' style air fresheners, they were good for ...
Pros: smells nice, can last up to 30 days, battery powered Cons: fragrance does not spread even in a small room
I bought Wisp (Hawaiian Breeze) Air Freshener because I liked the scent. It was not overpowering. I also liked the idea that it is battery operated and can be placed anywhere, even on top of a cabinet unreachable by children. I also liked the concept of ...
Pros: Fresh Scent.
Adjustable time.
self contained. Cons: Plugs with dust.
Uses up AA Battery.
Expensive.
Hi Folks! I want to tell you my experiences with the Glad Wisp Product. I was sucked in by the neat commercial ads. I am male and not nuts about a constant perfume smell in my house. I often like when a pretty lady passes me and give me a wiff of her ...
Pros: Small, comes with battery, portable. Cons: Doesn't work anything like advertised. Light scent if any.
Maybe my air wisp is defective, but I barely smell it, even up close. Plus, you cant see the "wisp" of air as shown in the commercial. The directions stated it would begin working immediately, but I didnt smell or see anything. I tried my own battery thinking the Energizer battery they supplied mightve been dead... still nothing. After literally sitting by it for a minute with my ear close, I could hear a small poof and smell only a light fragrance even on the highest setting. To me, I'd rather plug something in if it's actually going to do what it's designed to, smell up the room. The air wisp definitely gives false hopes and is not worth the $6.99 or $3.99 refills
Pros: The price was within budget. Cons: The scent is overwhelming, causing acute allergic reactions.
At the workplace, our office manager purchased a large supply of the Hawaiian Breeze scented room freshener. She put them in the restrooms and the foyer. Now, it is impossible for me to enter the workplace and feel well. Not only that, but I am unable to use the restroom at work without adverse reactions.
It is ashame that room fresheners/deodorizers do not have to pass allergy tests before being used in public places. I love the fact that the scent will eventually be gone!
I hate the fact that she bought these at Sam's and cannot take them back. Our office will be plagued with the sneezes and coughs as I go to each cubicle to work on their computers.
