Pros: Very good situation, on the beach
Cons: Doesn't work at what a good hotel should do--serving guests. It's smug.

I stayed here in Jan 07. My main complaint is about the error that the hotel made with my bill. They tried to charge me a room rate way in excess of the one I had signed up for on internet. That's bad enough, but a little grace and an apology would have smoothed it over. Instead they seemed resentful when I pointed out the error to them, and then congratulated themselves for fixing it. The Manager was totally unavailable thru all this.

Aside from this, the room cleanliness was way below par. I complained, but again didn't receive a satisfactory response.

The grounds were a mess, with construction on all sides. Getting into the Parking area was a nightmare.

The restaurant is as bad as you'd expect in a hotel, no atmosphere, poor service and high prices.

All in all, this hotel is a dump.
