I use this company frequently to send as gifts and for my family. I would highly recommend this company. Their food is delicious and I think the prices are reasonable.

Don't order from this company! I placed my order Dec. 5 for a Dec. 23 delivery, and it never showed up!! To make matter worse, I had a very difficult time getting any tracking information from them. Their 800 number is only open from 10 am to 5 pm, and when I finally got to speak to a human being, she told me my order had been shipped Dec. 21, but that UPS had no record of the tracking number. She gave me the tracking number, so I also tried finding it on UPS.com several times without success. I called back and asked for a refund, then zoomed to my local store on Christmas Eve to purchase my holiday ham at about half the price. While they did give me a $20 gift certificate for the screw up, I will never order from "HoneyFlake" again.
I was once a dedicated Honeybake fan but I experience something really bad with their customer service. Early Dec 2007 I place an small dinner for my 71 year old father in Colorado City Texas to enjoy with my 19 year old son to share with my Dad for his first visit to Texas on Christmas. I paid for express delivery to ensure the meal got there before Christmas. Well guess what......The meal did not reach before Christmas. I notice a charge on my bank statment Jan 2009 for 118.00 but yet no dinner package never reached my Dad.
I called Honeybake Ham to ask what happen to the delivery and to let Customer Service know no longer wanted the dinner and to please credit my account. The rep said there was nothing she could do. I then asked to speak with a supervisor and she also said there was nothing that could be done, except for my 71 year old father to refuse the package.
The order is going through UPS and Honeybake refused to request UPS to return the product. Poor online/mail order service. I am very disappointed with their customer service. 2 thumbs down.
