I originally listed my apartment with New York Habitat about 10 years ago and since then I have had over 50 bookings with this agency. The clients that come through New York Habitat have always treated my property with respect and most leave it looking as clean as when I left. Many of the clients I still keep in touch with and when they return to New York book my apartment again through New York Habitat. The agents that I have worked with are always reliable and there customer service team makes everything move smoothly. Hopefully we will be able to work together for another 10 years to rent out my furnished apartment.

Pierre of NY Habitat was very patient in helping us find the right flat in London; his knowledge of the neighborhoods and transit system was excellent. He found us a flat, very roomy for the price, in a quiet

We have used NY Habitat on 4 occasions to organize our apartment rental in New York. In total we have stayed in 5 different apartments - uptown, midtown, Chelsea - and in each situation the apartments have been exactly as described on the website. We have found the apartment owners to be extremely friendly and helpful with information about the building and surrounding neighbourhood.
The service provided by NY Habitat during the initial search, confirmation of the rental and follow up is excellent, in fact, we don't bother looking at any other agency.

Very satisfied with the professional manner in which NY Habitat found us an apartment within our parameters and facilitated the rental.

I was very happy with my apartment, id number PA 3710, which I rented in Paris. Everything was as described on the website and I had a few nice surprises: a washing machine and wireless internet. Everything was spotless when I arrived. The location was great also, very close to many restaurants and shops, and museums. The owners of the apartment were very nice and helpful. Everything was as described online. I like the website a lot because it shows lots of pictures and very detailed descriptions so you know exactly what to expect.

On march 2009 we take one apartment for 10 days in Paris through NewYork Habitat. It was a wonderfull experience: the apartment PA-3295 is exactly as we saw in the photographs; the information in the web is fiable and completly; and the treatment received from NY Habitat are very good. First of all I wanted to book a hotel but I was too late and all hotels for my budget were occupied. Then I found the adress of New York Habitat and three days later I´ve got what I wanted to have: a room for 2 weeks in the center of Manhattan.The service of NY habitat was perfect - friendly and quick. Also the apartment was perfect. It was exactly what I was looking for. 

Just spent two weeks in Paris (late June 2007) in a property represented by New York Habitat. The experience was outstanding. The apartment--property number 3175, a 2BR in the 6th arrondissement, was beautiful, even better in person than it looked in the pictures.

We had an amazing time at our Apartment in NY. The location was amazing and we were central to all the great restaurants and shopping in the City. Some of the best food we had on our trip was in 3 blocks of the apartment, which is great after traipsing around Manhattan all day. We could clean up and just walk around the block for whatever we could desire for dinner and entertainment. The apartment itself was so much fun! It doubled as an artist studio, with an amazing roof garden in back. It was fun checking out all the funky little details she had done for decor and space management. Only one small complaint, not enough air conditioning. She had one unit in the back window, but needed one more in the front.

The apartment worked out very well for myself and my 5 friends. It's very central location was perfect for our daily trekking about the city.
And we found several fantastic restaurants very close by. I was especially pleased that the apartment came well stocked with essentials such as toilet paper, paper towel and soap. That made it very convenient for us as we arrived in the city quite late. The rooftop terrace was a special treat and we spent many hours up there.
This was a fabulous apartment for a group of women and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for something similar. I would also highly recommend New York Habitat. My numerous emails and phone calls with Christophe were received with much patience and great customer service.> When I travel to NYC again in the future, I will definitely enlist the services of New York Habitat again.
