The prices on the site were excellent. I placed my order and my card was charged the next day. I did not receive the merchandise until I contacted Customer Service about 4-5 business days (not including weekends) after my order was placed. Customer Service responded to my email the same day, indicating that the item was shipped out that day. There was no explanation why the shipment took so long. The day after the item was shipped, it arrived at my home in good condition. I would order from them again, but would make sure to send an email if I did not receive tracking info. within 1-2 business days.

Misleading "in stock,usually ships in 1 to 2 days", actually shipped in 6 days. "We don't bill your credit card until we ship", actually billed the card immediately. Good price, below average performance.

I ordered the blender around 9:30am one morning (weekday) and received it the next day! I didn't have time to track the package -- I didn't expect to get it so fast. I've never received a product so quickly!!

price was excellent and service great. when part of the order was not available, they called me ! to see if i wanted the other part. Delivery was on time considering my rural address (which always delays things a day or two. I would shop them again when the price is right.

I havent recieved my order yet was to be here in two days but its been 4 and havent recieved it yet. when i ordered it they said expect two day delivery, well that didnt happen. I hope it comes in the next 4 days for it is a wedding gift.

on line order placed 10/09/2005 8:52am assigned order number 65300. Follow up later same date indicated order had been forwarded to the warehouse to be packed and shipped is a swift manner. shipping 3 day select @ $19.95 extra was authorized by me to expedite for Father-in-law 85 birthday on 10/15/05. tracking indicated no movement from warehouse and on 10-13-05 sent e-mail to customer service requesting assistance, to which no reply was made. 10-14-05 still no movement and calls placed to customer at first with voice mail left resulted in no response. Finally reached Mr Akiva at 10:55 AM mountain time to advise to cancell the order. He explained that due to columbus day holiday and jewish holidays, the order was not completed. We advised him to cancell the order and he indicated we would be notified via e-mail which has not happened as of 10-15-05; however, upon tracking the order it is indicated theat the order has been cancelled.
