Wasted my time for two weeks over payment, they said they would ship then not, then they wanted me to send a bill statement to a Yahoo email address! with identity theft so rampant and they are concerned about security! my advice choose another, cheap is not always good! and this company is a bad one.

I need your money more than PCVideoOnline....so why don't you just send it to me...at least I will be nice to you on the phone and maybe send you a Christmas Card as a 'thank you'!

Save your money and time and shop elswhere.

The old bait-n-switch scheme, I ordered a Canon Macro 100mm
2.8f Zoom lens, received an email telling me to call back,
of course the Canon was out of stock but the "new Canon"
lens (105mm) was in, they did not state precisely that the
lens was a Sigma FOR a Canon and not a genuine Canon.
Charged the advertised price of the Canon lens, could have bought the Sigma at a local store for less! Was gone for
2 months, lens came too late for journey, too late they said, we'll send you a filter kit instead. Thanks a*holes!

I notice the website keeps advertising the same "1 day sale" on successive days

VERY BAD EXPERIENCE!!!! Very much like the other stories on here. I ordered a 42" Panasonic 600U Plasma. The left a message for me to call the 800 number to confirm the order. During this call, they tried to talk me into expedited shipping. They also mentioned that the quoted price did not include a $200 rebate. A couple weeks later, the TV arrived. The TV is great, but that it all....
The rebate turned out to be a scam (it was only a rebate for installation fees, which only included hanging on the wall). Now, several months later, I've received a letter from the shipper used (Target Logistic Services) stating that they have tried repeatedly to obtain the shipping costs from PCVIDEOONLINE, but that it is now my responsibility!!! They want to bill me another $163.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE CROOKS!!!!

I wonder why they have to have so many names??? Maybe to spread out all the bad feedback!!!

Despite my unusual order (I mailed them a check so it could be shipped to another address) they really did go all out to keep me satisfied. They made the extra effort to get my order out. Great job.

Quoted an order time of 7-10 days. It has now been 21 days and the shipping company says they just got the pickup information! The old "Bait and Switch" was pulled on me, with the sales rep pushing a slightly different model. Turns out the other model has nowhere close to the same features. They are refusing to cancel the order (even though I haven't received anything, yet) without a 10% restock fee. Also, noticed they have severely cut down their hours of business since the new year.

UPDATE: They are now going under a different name "Price Mad". I am now going on seven weeks without receiving this product. Every time I call, they have a million different excuses.
