I bought a S5000 FUJI from them for $315.00, them I received a call asking if I wanted more memory or a bag or a lens. I politely declined, then the salesman got very nasty and told me that the camera was backordered (It showed in stock in the website) and would not arrive for 2 weeks. I was looking to purchase a Sony TVR39 MiniDV Handy Cam. I found some unbelievable online prices. Okay, here¡¦s the catch! Infinity Cameras and Stop4Cameras both tried to push over priced accessories on me. When I refused the Handy Cam I wanted was on backorder oddly enough. I immediately cancelled my previous orders and took my business to ProTek . They tried to sell me some accessories when I declined there where no problems my camcorder was shipped out the same day. I don¡¦t know how but I received it the following day, even though I only paid for ground shipping.

Unpolite scumbags, thats what they are!
1 They tell their customers to rate them high, and they will get an upgraded shippment (which they charged me for anyway).
2 They sent me a used camera. Fingerprints on the lens, used battery and the manual was read a couple of times.
3 They said that they were going to correct their misstake and put the money back on my account in 7 days, which they havent done. Phoned them and talked to a man who should call me back in a day. He did not! I called them and asked for him and t hey just said that there were no one at protek direct that had that name.
I WOULDNT RECOMEND THIS LOUSY SHOP TO MY WORST ENEMY! THEY ARE JUST A BUNCH OF LIARS!!!
