To whom it may concern,
I am satisfied with the delivery from Twister Group, however the representative who I spoke with (on the phone) should learn how to speak to customers in a professional manner.
I have not yet used the merchandise so I can not comment on the product itself.

The product quality was excellent, and I was unable to find this particular product anywhere else. Cheaper cases are available locally, but that's not what I was looking for. As a result, I am extremely pleased to have had such a wonderful shopping experience courtesy of The Twizzler Group.

As for the above question re a phone call or a mail-in form, I had to do neither.
My experience was straightforward. I ordered the product, submitted my payment info, got verification from them about shipping date, product arrived, and I'm very satisfied. Would not hesitate to shop again.
