Awful. They never mentioned that clearance items were FINAL SALE. No where!!! And I am sure I asked if I could return/exchange. Afterall, I was buying for my teen niece and not me! My only thought is the person misunderstood what I was asking. Then, they mischarged me on one of the items and refused to adjust it! That is awful service.

Overall their stuff is very cheap and aimed towards 14-17 year old girls. I occasionally find something I like but very rarely whereas w/ Forever21.com I find so much stuff I can't buy it all. The cheapness of the quality of clothing on Wetseal.com is obvious just from the photos. Their customer service is a joke cuz there isn't any. Twice in a row now (at least a month between orders) I have had to return something which is fine, but the issue is I get an email saying that their system is down yet again and I have to call to complete my return. Getting through to a customer service agent is like pulling teeth. I have officially vowed to never give them another chance. Just not worth the annoyance.
