| ksm1010's Full Review: Dell Latitude CPx H500GT |
Laptops in the past have always been big, slow, and inconvenient because of their size. Forturately, Dell has come out with the Dell Latitude. In the past, I have always hated laptops because of there size, weight, small screen, and poor graphics. But now things have changed, as has my attitude toward laptops in general, all due to this laptop.
About a year ago I got a laptop which had good graphics, speed, and excellent sound quality but it's monitor still bothered my eyes if I used it for too long a time. But when I got the Dell Latitude I was fascinated by it's array of options and it's overall high quality. Not only did it have superb graphics and high sound quality it also came with detachable hard drives, cd-drives, and modems for future upgrades.
It has a slick ultrathin body that is fairly light weight. It also comes with ports for external drives, a USB port for joystick/gamepad controls. Serial ports for additional mice and even a port to connect to a larger monitor. But most impressive is the port that enables you to connect your laptop to a TV screen. And if you have a HDTV, you can begin imagining the possibilities.
As for use, it is very durable, compact, and has a sleek body which makes typing on the keyboard smooth and comfortable. It also comes with two mice options which are the finger mouse and the screen mouse. Since both mice can work at the same time, you can easily switch off between them. Then there is the monitor which is the largest monitor I have seen on a laptop ever, plus it's active matrix screen doesn't put a strain on the eyes.
Now in the past I never thought Dell could make a laptop because their computers were always so big and ugly. But I have to give them credit this time since they put some real effort into making this, possibly the best laptop in the market today. This laptop is perfect for everyone since it is moderately priced and comes with all the features anyone could ask for. In conclusion, this is the best laptop I have ever used in my life.
