Gateway?Yes!,Do It!

After much comparison and shopping for the right system for our family, the decision to purchase Gateway was the best decision we made!. Gateway tech support is excellent. We decided that customer service was the best, we expressed our concerns, what our needs were and they helped put together the right product together. No other stores offered the same help, what they wanted was SELL, anything, they wanted to make their commission .Yes, Gateway salesman made a commission too, but he was sensitive to our needs, gave us time to compare, and we did. Like I said, product and tech support, and customer service is A+. Not that we had to use tech support much, 3 times, but it was excellent.
