Is it still called Windows CE?

First off, I believe that Windows CE is now called Pocket PC. Not that blame them entirely.. I wouldn't want to use something that had the word Windows in it either. But that's a completely different issue for another time.
Being around computers all day and palm-sized PCs I have had a chance to experience both. My personal choice was a Palm Vx. Here is what I found to be pros and cons of each.
Palm: Good points would have to be that it is very simple to use. The grafitti system takes next to no time to learn, and the Palm platform has a VERY large share of developers and everything executes faster on the Palm. The downsides are that if you want to tote around Word, Excel, etc.. documents you need to buy an external package to do so. Also, if you want colour, you must pay a pretty penny for it at the time being.
WinCE: Good points are that it comes with document integration built in so you you can view 'MS Office' files on the fly. Also, they're in colour and if you are more the 'multimedia type' this platform would probably appeal to you more. On the downside, the ones I have seen are a bit bulkier then the Palm, and are more expensive for the time being. That, and (this is an important one for me) have no Macintosh support, so if you have a Mac, DO NOT buy one of these..
Don't get me wrong, though.. both are leaps and bounds greater then my old Seiko organizer.. it's nice to have everything synced in one place instead of having to enter addresses 8 zillion times everywhere. :)
