I have been using Net2Phone for several years now. It is getting better as the Codecs improve. I use it mainly to stay in touch with friends who are out of the country as it has attractive international Rates. I can remember in the old days struggling for a couple of days to get a phone patch back to the US from some far away place I was in. It could be quite frustrating. Now a couple of clicks and wholla. Voice communication to some far away place for pennies or better yet free if they have an internet connection.I cannot for the life of me find a speed dialer like the earlier versions had. It is often a pain to remember my pin. The customer un-service can be disappointing at times. But overall it has gotten much better and as broadband connection improve I imagine so will Net2Phone.
