The customized 1800 is a good computer. until you use it that is. when i first received the laptop, it was broken. the voltage on the pci slot was too high and it was burning up ethernet cards. instead of being able to tell me that right away, tech support had me kill my hard drive, not once but twice!!! finding the problem four months later, i sent the my laptop. when i got it back, they had broken my battery!!! so i sent it back and got it back a week later, and they had broken my fan!!! idiots!!! Compaq computers are unrealible and should not be bought. The tech support sucks and they ship you bad units. i am still in the process on getting a refund, which they are making extremely difficult.
Can't wait to get rid of the damn thing.
