How do you spell emachines -- P A I N F U L

I've used computers all my working life. But, office computers are programmed for the company you work for. So, usually there are few problems.
But, I wanted my own computer and decided to start small and upgrade later - so I bought a emachines 433i and it froze, it crashed, it even smoked.
This was 2 weeks after I bought the computer at Best Buy and based on the reputation of Best Buy I expected a better product. I was informed later after paying for the long distance call that took a half hour to reach a person in customer service to send it back, at my expense to emachines.
Whose warranty is not displayed in the store but, in the box. But, since I just made the purchase Best Buy gave me a new 433i lemon. Then Best Buy gave me a second and a third lemon by emachines.
So, I paid $96.15 to UPS to send it to emachines and they said they would replace it with a new one which 3 months to get to me. The new 466id drove me crazy I had to restore it weekly and called emachines again.
They said send them the lemon at my expense. 2 months later I got a 500A emonster. And it growls, and it stops, crashs in the middle of reading my msn homepage. My quest to see the sites on the internet and to use windows has been dampened by this new lemon, so I have downloaded all the information msn could provide to get this refurbished lemon to function.
I have purchased books and more books to make this thing work and at present, I wished I had bought a how to book and made my own computer. Its cheap that is the only thing I can say about emachines and they don't even have toll free number to contact them.
And the expense in phone bills, ups bills and time wasted - I should be paid by them for my trouble. Buyers get what they pay for!!!
