Race Fans Beware!

I have a HP Pavillion 4453 and I must say that it has been nothing but problems, problems, problems. For Valentines Day I thought that I would be nice and buy my husband the racing wheel that he wanted, so he could play a his favorite game "Need for Speed". He was so thrilled to get it, but after about 4 hours of struggling with it, he gave up. It kept telling him that the two (racing wheel and sound card) were not compatible. So we went out and got him a different racing wheel. Still no luck. We came to find out that the racing wheel was not compatible because HP made their sound card and modem all in one. In order to run a racing wheel or a joystick, you have to have separate cards or they conflict. So I spent 50.00 for a racing wheel and another 80.00 to have a separate sound card and modem put in.
It seems that ever time I turn around I have to buy more and more things for my computer in order to play games, or run certain programs.
And when it comes to spending money, you have to spend a little more just to talk to a representative from HP. They dont have a toll free number!!!
I just want the world to take a really deep look into HP before they ever decide to purchase one!
