This is my first Dell computer. It is replacing a Micron 200 MMX system.

After approximately 5 months of service, it is working beautifully. There are a lot of great reliable computer makers out there so one of the most important things to me is customer support and technical support. I've only had one occasion to call on Dell's technical support and the experience was great. I got through on the first try and only had to wait about 5 minutes for a live technician. He as professional and very knowledgeable. My old Micron system was a great system and their technical support was good, but Dell outshines them my far.

My next computer will be a Dell for sure.
