Cybermax support does not exist

Sep 01 '00

I purchased my second Cybermax computer May of 98. Was happy with the first one. The second one, a K6-266 died 6 months after purchase from a bad motherboard. I called support and they sent me a replacement board.

In Feb of 2000, my computer failed again. Between then and June 2000, I replaced the sound card, hard drive, motherboard, mouse, and the DVD ROM. The second motherboard failed in June and I have not been able to get in touch with support either by phone or email.

I used to be on the phone waiting on hold for over 2 hours before anyone would come on line to help me. Now I can not even get a human being to talk with at Cybermax. The answering machine tells me to call back later within a few minutes, then cuts me off.

I honestly don't think Cybermax support exists anymore. I've written my Attorney General about their lack of support.

I purchased a new computer August 1, and it definitely was not a Cybermax.
