When my husband got this desktop, I was excited. Well we had a good buy. Lot of features and good price. Who wouldn't go for it?
I say good machine b'coz :
This desktop is a sort of dream machine for them who have not worked on computers before and for kids. It has built-in-modem,multimedia,speakers and what not. All the qualities that you would be excited.
I say not a good machine b'coz :
Well, it had windows 98 on it when we got home. It workes great with windows 98. But my husband is software engineer. He installed windows NT on this desktop. And that was the start of troubles. Modem didn't work, drivers failed and what not! He had tough time with technical support also. Ultimately we ended up in returning this machine.
If you want to go deep , I mean ,installing other OS, then don't go for it!
If you want to just enjoy a desktop with all facilities just go for it!
