Rollercoaster Tycoon is an addicting game so watch out. Its a simulation game were you have a lot of different theme parks scenarios to go through. When you start with the first one its easy but as you go up higher they get harder.
You start out with some rollercoasters in the scenario but as the days and months go by in your park others will open up. They also have a site you can download other coasters made by the creator,others with rollercoaster tycoon,and more scenarios, www.rollercoastertycoon.com.
The effects are wonderful. They did came up with everything. You hear screaming,toilets flushing,the coaster going up the lift,and when it lets go at the top,when you make money you hear cash register,etc.... You can also make your own rollercoasters. After you make one you turn it on to test run to make sure it runs some will crash if hills are to steep. Even ones you didn't make crash if a malfuntion happens(just like real coasters).
You even see people walking around and riding rides. There are burger ,cotton candy,fries,drinks,balloons,stuffed animals,information kiosks,bathrooms,stands and many more, some you have when you start the scenarios others open as the days past.
I recommend this to anyone who likes scenario games and rollercoasters. I don't like riding many myself but I bought it so I can make my own and see others that were made. If you like Simcity2000 or 3000 you will like this. I love it as well as my husband, I am not disappointed with it, either will you.
