I'm a professional desktop publisher, yet at home, for simple projects, it's The Print Shop Deluxe that I turn to time and again. Why? Because of the outstanding graphics library, along with the endless options to customize graphics and typefaces. These are outstanding, giving even the novice user the opportunity and tools to produce professional-looking pieces.
As an industry professional, there are a few advanced features I wish version 6.0 (the most current version I've used) had. Still, for less than $35 after ever-present rebates, point and click design, and incredible ease of use, I'm certainly not complaining. In fact, I often create customized graphics and typefaces in The Print Shop Deluxe to import into works I am designing with more comprehensive page-layout software.
I've tried other "over the counter" software packages, but none have come close to The Print Shop Deluxe in user friendliness, graphic image library, and overall quality of finished product.
