I think iomega makes great products. I purchased my first zip 100 drive many years ago, and its still working today, even though I have had 2 more computers since then. I think its the greatest thing in the world. I just recently purchased a iomega zipCD drive...its great, but I cannot stress how good of a product this is, and with a whopping 250mb of space, its amazing...with the external capibilities to bring it everywhere you go, its even better. This drive is much better them many other drives out there, like the Super Disk drive. I understand that the Super Disk Drive is slower the the zip, it have much less space to save things. SCSI ports are also faster then normal usb or parallel ports, making for improved performance of the drive. Although the disks are more money, they are easy to store stuff on then CD's, using a cd burner. 1st off, is that burners operate very slowly usually, and you need a burning rom to put stuff onto the cd. Using a zip drive, the user can simply drag things right from the hard drive to the disk, or from the disk to the hard drive. This is a great idea for backup also, with the space that it gives you, it is easy to easily back up your whole computer in seconds.
