Having made the mistake of not using my account for a while it got frozen, despite the fact that it had ten US dollars in it. I tried to get net2Phone to reactivate my account several times but for many weeks they failed to do so, DESPITE my having sent them a scanned copy of my credit card and a scan of a communication from my Bank showing my full name and address to prove who I am.

They were sitting on ten US dollars of mine and for weeks they always answered my e-mails with computer generated stuff which did not address the fact that they had not reactivated my account. FINALLY I got a message from a human being and the problem was sorted out. So if you have a problem you might have to complain until you are blue in the face. Like on the Monty Python parrot sketch.
