Pros: Easy to manage Zaplets, simple interfaces.
Cons: Cannot edit posts, not many advanced options.

Pros: Looks nicer than an ordinary email.
Cons: Mass e-mail works better.

Pros: Saves time, reduces unnecessary email
Cons: Learning curve
The concept of a Zaplet is compelling. I am not sure of the exact numbers, but most computer users spend upwards of 75-100% of their time on the internet staring at their email inboxes, and it is about time we added some features.
