Cumulatively, I've waited on hold to speak to a customer service rep for close to 6 hours, and I STILL haven't been able to inquire about my reservation. I don't believe more than one person is employed at the Travelocity call center. I am waiting as I write this, and getting madder by the second. I will never, ever, ever buy airfare through Travelocity again. A complete and utter waste of customer time.
