I read these reviews before purchasing from OneCall. What I should have noticed are the majority of people who complain about this company when there is a problem. That is the only time you need customer service! Terrible customer service at OneCall.

My Experience:
I purchased a factory renewed item. It was junk, DOA. OneCall customer service dept had major attitude, and wouldn't do a thing. They basically said "it sucks to be you, take it to your local shop". Great, it will take 6 weeks for me to get it back. $1200 purchase, they don't care since they have my money, never again.
