If you are looking for an online merchant that offers a large assortment of cosmetics, hair care, skin care, bath & body, fragrance and various other personal items, I strongly recommend browsing ULTA.com. This merchant recently saved me 50% off the prices that I was originally paying for got2b hair care and L'Oreal Nail Polish. Ulta.com is the cyber version of Ulta - Salon·Cosmetics·Fragrance , both offering upward of 12,000 beauty products.
Do you like trial sizes? I certainly do and I am quite impressed with the variety available at Ulta.com. They offer trial sizes of skin care, hair care, cosmetics, bath & body, and more. They also offer several appliances that are the perfect size for toting to your next destination.
In addition to shopping capabilities this site offers an excellent ingredient Q&A glossary. The browsing capabilities at this site are impressive, allowing you to cruise items via brand, key ingredient, application, product type, or product feature.
Overall I am pleased with the shopping experience at Ulta.com and will continue to patronize this online merchant. The navigation is mostly smooth (explained under cons), the order eventually processes accurately (explained under cons), confirmation emails are sent, shipping costs are fair, the order is shipped (UPS) and arrives promptly (6 days), and the order is accurate. My card statement reflected accurate charges and the best pro is that some of the consumables that we use were on sale for substantially less at this site.

I have two mild complaints.
First, in regards to the shopping bag process.... When using a master list and selecting 'buy' rather than taking you to the shopping cart, you navigate to the precise product, and must select 'add to bag' in order to add the item to the shopping bag. I realize this is a small issue, but it is annoying to me. I want to one-click from the master listing. Additionally after adding items to your shopping bag and selecting 'continue shopping', rather than going to the item you just selected, or the product master listing, you navigate to the home page. I would rather navigate back to the master list that I was just at. I work around this by clicking onto the product just added, and from that page one-clicking the product manufacturer, thus taking me to the master listing. This scenario holds especially true when ordering one of my favorite hair care lines, got 2 b.
Additionally upon checkout, my order was rejected due to what the site claimed as 'incorrect billing address for credit card'. After confirming the address on my card statements, with the address input for order processing, and attempting the order 2 more times I still received this error code. This hasn't happened at any online site before. So I phoned customer service. Although I was slightly dismayed that they requested my pass code for my ULTA.com account, I was satisfied with the attempt that the representative made to assist me. The challenge is that there really wasn't anything she could do, other than recommend using a different card. She did tell me that they are aware that they are working to 'better' the online process, but unfortunately the changes won't occur until January. The second card went through immediately.
Closing Sentiments
Regardless of these minor irritations I am exceptionally pleased with Ulta.com and highly recommend shopping there. My order was packaged with care, allowing it to arrive to my home in a timely manner, with no spills. I appreciated paying a straight $5.95 for shipping, regardless of the large order processed, and there was no tax charged, because there isn't a ULTA store in my home state. So overall I saved an exceptional amount. I look forward to browsing this merchants future sales.
