They had my car seat that was on backorder everywhere in their own warehouse.

I was looking everywhere for a Primo Viaggio Car Seat with LATCH Base (TE53NF49 Metalica), but no one had it in stock. This car seat was on backorder, and it would only be available a month later. I emailed to Babyage.com, and I received a reply in just 15 minutes and told me that they had it in stock in their warehouse. As I know from the emails from other companies, most of them don't actually carry this car seat. They usually do drop shipment for this product. So I was so surprised that Babyage.com had this HOT car seat in their warehouse. I even emailed them again to confirm. They replied immediately and told me that they did physically have it in their warehouse. So I placed an order on their web site. 2 days later, I went to their tracking page and it showed that my car seat had been shipped and provided me a tracking number. 3 more days later, I received my car seat in a very good condition original box. The car seat was exactly what I ordered. Overall, it was a very good ordering experience. They did have very good communication via email. However, their email messages could be more professional… at least include a greeting to the customer and say "Thank you" at the end... not just simply answer the questions with incomplete sentences. Also, I tried many times to call their customer service prior to my emails, and no one ever answered.
The $3.95 flat shipping rate sounds reasonable to me, although most of the baby product Internet companies have free shipping for orders over $99. As long as the item can be shipped immediately, well packed, and arrive on time, it is more than worth to pay the extra few dollars for shipping.
