Bad choice for Sprint phone

Pros: not many pros here

Cons: battery life, signal reception is horrible, software freezes

The Bottom Line: I would steer clear of this phone if you want decent signal and battery life to last longer than 30 mins talk time.

I have never taken a phone back to the store, but this phone was so bad we took it back a day later. The battery life is hardly what the specs say it is. Also, the reception was really bad. We experienced many dropped calls on this phone in the same places that we used to use our LG phone just fine. The lady at Best Buy told us that these phones come back "ALL THE TIME". I would steer clear of this phone if you want decent signal and battery life to last longer than 30 mins talk time.
