Cons: THE WORST. DO NOT GET THIS SERVICE. You will be VERY SORRY if you do.

The Bottom Line: STAY AWAY. THey are bad in all categories and getting worse !!!!!!!!!

ATTWS -

Cell service is AWFUL - dropped calls, static, circuits busy, hard to place calls. As they add customers, this service is getting worse as they are not upgrading their facilities fast enough.

Customer Service - THE WORST. Hold times are very long, reps unknowledgable/untrained & exceedingly unhelpful. They are not the least bit accomodating about service or billing problems. There is no problem resolution with these people. It is PAY or ELSE we'll GET YOU.

Phones - endless problems with their phones for which they send reconditioned phones with the same or worse problems.

Conclusion - THere is absolutely NOTHING positive about this company, their reps, their service or their equipment !!!!!
