I was a customer through two resellers and wanted to cancel my account. I was told by the second reseller (ISP-ISP.com) that I had to cancel by sending a request through postal mail. I decided to e-mail the billing departments for ISP-ISP and also their service provider (Trip.net, which got the service directly from Intergate) to ask about how to cancel. I got a very fast response from customer service, telling me I could cancel through Intergate's website. I had not known I was an Intergate customer (I thought my service was from Trip.net) so I replied to the e-mail and asked how I could cancel through them. A personal response came almost immediately, letting me know that canceling through the Intergate website would cancel service with both Trip.net and ISP-ISP. I used the website to cancel and received my confirmation code immediately, without ever having sent postal mail. I was very pleased with the speed and level of service I received from Intergate's billing department representative.
