I wanted to order a DMR-HS2 Panasonic DVD recorder based on opinions on this site and others. I chose Profeel because they had a high rating on this site.
When I called I got a saleswoman named Esther. She stated they had none in stock but would offer me the DMR-T3040 for the same price. I stated I wanted to do some research on that unit and she said no problem and gave me her extension. I decided to buy it and placed the order with Esther. The unit arrived in 2 days with their standard shipping in perfect condition.
Upon using the unit I found that the DV input was not acting the way I wanted and felt it could be an incompatibility with my camcorder. I called Esther about exchanging the unit for another model. She was very helpful and set up an RMA for me and processed the order for the replacement.
After doing some more research on the problem I decided that I might try another cable to see if that could be the problem. I called Esther and explained and she cancelled the order for me and said she would wait to hear back from me.
This morning I called to tell her that the problem was solved and I would be keeping the unit. She sounded excited for me and I am.
I cannot tell you how great my experience was. She offered more help than if I would have gone brick and mortar just because she portrayed a genuine concern for my satisfaction.
Hats off to Profeel! I would feel comfortable using and recommending them in the future. Great pricing, delivery, and most important....service from Esther. If you want to order from her she is extension 304. Although I would feel comfortable with anyone there now.
