Classic reportage film

This film was used for the great majority of reportage photographs from the 50's to the introduction of finer grain t-max and Delta films. It has a strong pleasing grain structure that makes the photo's easily identifiable. With a little experience with exposure and processing it is very well possible to deminish the apperant grain. I often expose at around ISO200 and develop in D76. When I need the nominal speed of ISO400 I develop in t-max developer. It results in slightly coarser grain. In both developers the negatives are easy to print and easy to scan. I like the typical character for social reportage.
