California Computers say they have the battery in stock today (9/19), which I order on 9/2. Their email completely contradicts this information. Their email says:

"We regret to inform you that the item you have ordered (toshiba lithium battery) has been sold out before your order was processed due to high demand. The item is now heavily backordered, and we do not have a definite ETA as of the moment. Our apologies.

Please let us know if you wish to stay on backorder or just to cancel. No charge has been made on your credit card."
