The Bottom Line: Please dont buy this phone @ all. It looks like Sprint Stopped production of this phone which was 4 the best. This phone sucks.

Well where do I start?? This is the worst phone I have ever owned in my life By all Accounts. Ok I first liked this phone when My friend and I where in a movie theater that's underground and he had Sprint PCS service with the Samsung N200 and I was using ATT with a nokia 5650 and he perfect reception down there and I was out of service. So I thought to myself wow that's a great phone so a few months later I decided to drop ATT and get sprint PCS and I purchased the N200 with my contract. From day 1 the phone worked fairly ok when I was outside for about an hour then it started to rain so I went home to my building and boom I was out of service for like 4 hours so I decided to call Customer service and boo I'm hit with a $5 surcharge for calling them I'm like what!!!?? , any way so I call them any way. after like 20 minutes on hold some one comes on the line and I explain to them the problem they say hold, so I wait another 5 mins. Then the woman picks up the phone and ask me to explain to her the problem again, So I tell her again then I ask her does the rain have anything to do with my service cause it was raining pretty severly. She says no so i'm like what's the problem she ask where do I live i say in a building , Right away she says that's the problem, I'm like what?? She tells me Sprint does not Gurantee Service in a building ( Or any where Else ) and that I may need to go outside and try and use the phone. Ofcourse I was P'ed off that I spent $5 for this crappy service. Ok a week and a half later I traveled to Conn. and I was going in and out of service so frequently that I just took the phone back to Radio shack and Exchanged it for a LG-4NE1.
