My picture card was billed on the 22nd of Sept. Tracking says here by the 1st of Oct. No tracking once it reached the post office in Chandler on Sept 22. My credit card was billed the same day. I had to call their "office" for information. They would only refer to the projected arrival date and tell me it takes 5 to 7 business days for a purchase to arrive. What I want to know is how can a monitor be delivered to some customers within two days and my picture card can't make it in 5????? Besides price, the reviews on their prompt, ahead of schedule delivery captured my dollars.
I'd also like to know why there isn't a listing for their phone number in any reverse lookup I've checked. Also, why won't they take phone orders, forcing us to put our credit card info on the internet?
Would I buy there again? Not in this lifetime. I should have gone with buydig.com and spent the extra money. I saved almost $45, IF I ever get the card. Cost of frustration and the fear of being scammed?? Priceless.
