This is a wonderful store that I've ordered from frequently over the last five years. Most of their items are used, so while you can't count on any CD, VHS, or DVD in the world being there at any given time, it's a blast searching for what they do have-- there are often some real rarities and out of print gems and often there are great bargain prices. You can search on a number of filters, including price. It's fun to see what they have selling for 2.99 or less, I have been known to spend hours looking at their entire cheap inventory and taking a chance on interesting sounding items I wouldn't have otherwise thought of buying.
Shipping is very reasonably priced at 2.25 as a flat fee and an additional 25 cents per item, and although it's shipped via media mail from the west coast, the orders generally arrive within a week. Even better, there is almost always a free shipping coupon code available if you're willing to search the web for a few minutes to find it posted somewhere.
I have called customer service a few times with minor problems (cracked cases, damage to CDs) and they will always send replacements via priority mail immediately. I don't fault them for the occasional mistake, out of the hundreds of CDs I've ordered from them, there are bound to be mistakes with three or four. The people on the phone are always very pleasant and helpful and the call is toll-free.
Another service is that you can sell your CDs to this merchant. In the same way you place an order to buy, you can place an order to sell. I have done this numerous times and have found that if I can string together lots of CDs that I can not sell easily elsewhere, it's worth doing.
Overall, this site is one of my favorite internet merchants. They may not excel in lots of information about each CD or have fabulous prices on each and every item, but it's always fun to search for what they do have and the customer service can't be beat.
