Pros: A whopping set of features for very reasonable prices!
Cons: They refuse to obey federal law concerning e-signatures.
The Bottom Line: I don't recommend them for professional sites. I'm pleased with my personal hosting, marginally so with our church's hosting, disappointed with VDS hosting, though it was cheap.

I've been with OLM for a few years, right after they opened their doors, I think. OLM has been a great company to host a small website with, but I also host our church website with them and have had several issues that (still) remain unsolved. They are quite slow in upgrading to 'standard' technologies such as PHP4 support.
The Technical Support staff, while friendly usually, are not terribly knowledgeable nor do they seem empowered. I've had more than one lie like a rug and not realize that I knew. :( At least they do have 24x7 people to answer their phones, even if the English language is not their native language (leads to frustration if nothing else).
We've had a few outages, but the worst was a couple of days.
I went ahead and purchased a VDS for $39.95/mo. and they are clueless about a five-year-old federal law that allows digital signatures! Folks, this is an INTERNET HOST for gosh sakes!
I've given up on recommending these folks for anything more than basic hosting, and I am looking for an alternate host. Unfortunately, despite the problems I've encountered, I know that they are above average and do deliver quite a bit for the price.
