They sell computer hardware/parts and are the seller of Casearts.com computer cases (they custom paint computer cases with different finishes/designs).
The online store is a bit messy to navigate through because their sub-catagories are not intuitive or tremendously organized. For example, if you were looking for a certain brand of power supply, but the search function does not permit you to look within that page for just that brand (or price range, watts etc.) You get a list and have to scroll through a page of pictures and little fonts for what you're looking for.
Prices depends on the item you're looking at: sometimes they're lower than others but not often. They do have many items that Newegg.com (who I regularly shop with) does not carry, such as laptop batteries, etc.
Check out is easy with the usual check out cart and inputting the necessary payment and shipping information.
They offer UPS overnight, two day and regular shipping.
I received my item (fan and heatsink) on-time -- within a week -- and undamaged.
I had some concerns about ordering from Directron.com since this was my one and only purchase from them. The good part is that they are a participant of the BBB Online and member or Reseller Rating (where you can see whether people were satisfied with their service).
I am satisfied with my purchase despite my concerns but still hesitate shopping with them again because of their ratings at Reseller Ratings: Returns/Refund experiences were mediocre from others who shopped from them and had to request a refund or return an item.
