3 weeks to get my order, poor customer service, tries to upsell

I purchased the Canon ZR-65 camcorder on a sunday night (Nov 23,2003). I got an automatic receipt mailed to my email address after I made the order. 2 days later I waited to receive another email for the shipping details. No email. So I called the company and talked with a gentleman named Charles. He said the product never shipped because the shipping address was not listed on my credit card. So I told him to ship it to my billing address. He agreed and immediately tried to sell me accessories to the product. One product he tried to sell me was a battery. Charles stated the battery that came with the product would only last 1/2 hour. I disagreed. The manufacturer listed the product to have a battery capacity of 100 minutes. I doubt the battery would only work for 30 minutes. I kept saying no to his upselling. Finally, I told him I just want only what I ordered. He seemed a little upset but agreed to ship my product. Days went by and no email or detail on the product. Finally I waited one week and no word and no product. I called Charles again and he stated the product never shipped. I told him to ship it to my billing address. He pretended to never have spoken to me and was very rude about it. I told him I spoke to him one week before. He denied it. Finally he told me that he would try to get the product out that day. That wasn't good enough anymore. I waited too long for a product that I should have received last week. I called again and talk to a partner of the company, Moses x210. He assured me that the product would ship that day and I would receive an email with the tracking information. A day went by and no email. I didn't have time anymore so I had my wife call them. They gave her a Fedex tracking number. Later I come to find out the tracking number was incorrect and they shipped it by UPS. They eventually shipped it out on thursday, Dec 4 2003 (2 days later then what Moses had said), and I will probably be getting it on Monday Dec 8.
