Terrible customer service, poor follow-through, horrible on-line experience

Web site indicated a product was in stock - I ordered a quantity of two. One of the items shipped, the other item was automatically canceled (with no explanation). After looking on-line and finding the product still in stock, but at a higher price, I contacted their customer service department. I was told that I could order the product, but would have to pay shipping (now expedited to get here in time for Christmas) and that I would have to pay the higher price for the item. After several calls to customer service, including a call in which the rep hung up on me, I finally received my product (at the original price) and was credited shipping. Their customer service was TERRIBLE, their response time by management was slow - do yourself a favor and shop elsewhere.
