lousy service, loud construction noise

Pros: Rates are reasonable, but you can't sleep because of the noise.

No one at the hotel bothered to warn me that they were renovating, so I could not sleep on a SAT. morning because of the noise. The noise in the restaurant during breakfast was much worse and there was a flying insect in my food. The hotel staff and management were not at all nice about the problem. I wrote to the hotel manager twice four weeks, but he never replied. I called the chains Customer Service Dept. and was told that I would hear back within three business days. After not hearing for four weeks, I called them. All this was just a waste of my time.
