180 day warranty is too short to collect on - Avoid these people

Ordered 4 Black HP 51645A and 2 Color HP C1823D and received quickly. First Black Cart worked OK but paper stayed wet longer causing smears on other pages.

Black ran out and changed. Printout was missing many lines and tried machine (HP R40 Office Jet) cleaning 9 times. Did not work. Installed 2nd replacement cartridge and the same results. Have not tried the color cartridges yet. Fearful the results will be the same.

Their warranty is only for 180 days so if you cannot use ALL of the INK you purchased within that 180 days (even though they are sealed), you will not be able to collect on any cartridges that malfunction after the 180 days.

Would NOT recommend ANY future replacement cartridges be bought from these people.
